Did you know?

Even if your business income is low, be sure to claim all your business-related expenses. Any business loss can be carried back 3 years or forward 20 years. Those earlier or later returns can then be reassessed to include the business loss and you could be eligible for an additional refund.

Did you know?

You are required to register for a GST/HST number once your gross income reaches $30,000 in a 12-month period. Once this is achieved, you will need to start charging and collecting GST/HST from your clients and customers, depending on which province the business or person you’re charging has their tax base.
